All-on-4® is used to treat completely edentulous patients. Even though it is known to have a low failure rate, some patients may experience bone resorption around the implant areas or penetration of the buccal alveolar bone plate, leading to further complications.
To help increase the success rate, Osteomesh® Regenerative Implant, a semi-flexible mesh, can be used to hold bone graft materials easily without collapsing to enhance bone regeneration. Osteomesh® is being replaced by the patient’s own bone and completely resorbs completely in 18–24 months.
